Reservation Policy:
A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable with 60 days notice. Your credit card will be charged for this amount once we notify the resort of your stay. The final balance will be billed to your credit card within 30 days of your arrival. Minimum stays are 7 nights encompassing Christmas and New Year’s (December 17, 2006 to January 3, 2007) and 3 nights for other rate periods. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is fully refundable with 60 days notice. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival. No shows and early departures shall be deemed as cancellations.
